Mobile phone apps turning into online games with the help of HTML5

It was announced at the 2011 CES that the popular mobile game, Cut the Rope, was to be made available for free to Internet Explorer 9 users. The game is built with HTML5 and is being used as an incentive to get people to move over to IE9. Of course, it is also available on all browsers that support HTML5.
What grabbed our attention here at MMS was how smooth the game was. This introduces a new era of online gaming – we no longer need flash. Play it here (http://www.cuttherope.ie/) and see for yourselves how similar it is to the mobile app! Watch the video too and get an incite into how they built it (http://www.cuttherope.ie/dev/).
